Using Auto Tune Live In Ableton
Aug 02, 2016 My main message was and is that you definitely can have side-chained third party plug-ins in Ableton Live. No need crying about VST3 support just for that. Do you actually think a company like Ableton doesn't stand a chance communicating with Waves at all about how to solve these things?

Vocoder is the thing that Daft Punk uses. Autotune is just a tool to fix something to a key. Vocoder works in pair with a midi instrument (Keyboard for example). Ableton has an integrated Vocoder and it's pretty simple to use. You just load it up, set it to 'MIDI Clip' and whatever is playing there will 'Tune'.
